Samsung Dex Book - Dock Changing Galaxy S8 Becoming A Laptop

 

Samsung Dex is Samsung's answer to the Microsoft Continuum system. Galaxy S8 and Note 8 devices can be transformed into a desktop computer when inserted into the Dex dock complete with support for monitors, mice and keyboards. Samsung Dex Book is an exciting concept that transforms Dex design into a wide-screen laptop.

Samsung Dex Book is a concept designed by Kwanjun Ryu and Jaejin Bong from South Korea. Dex Book supports the Galaxy S8. When inserted into the Dex Book, the Galaxy S8 will be on the touch and power the laptop screen with a 21: 9 ratio. When required, this Galaxy S8 can also be an additional numeric pad next to the full QWERTY keyboard.

  

An interesting concept but year after year such projects fail to attract the majority of users. The mobile device has so far failed to replace the laptop. Android software is not as good as desktop.
