Gigabyte Aorus X9 Launched - The World's Thin SLI Laptop

 
SLI technology allows two or more graphics cards to be used inside a computer. This will improve the graphics capability but requires a large PC framework to use it. Since its introduction in 1998 by 3dfx, this technology has been increasingly advanced and can now be used on compact sized laptops.

Gigabyte Aorus X9 is a laptop for gaming with an IDD system but still thinner with a maximum thickness of 1.18 ". This is according to Gigabyte making it a laptops with thin SLI on the market.

It comes with a 17.3 "UHD / QHD (102HZ) IPS LCD screen, an Intel Core i7-7820HK processor, up to 16GB of memory, SSD storage up to 1TB and HDD storage up to 1 TB. It comes with two graphics card Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5, The cooling system with eight heat pipes is used to ensure the computer works optimally.
 
Though thinner it still uses a mechanical keyboard with RGB light support. In addition, it also features 1 Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port, 1 USB 3.1 (USB-C), 3 USB-A, 1 Mini-Display, 1 HDMI and 1 SD card reader. In the audio section, it has one DAC ESS Saber HiFi with two speakers and two sub-woofer. A 94.24Wh battery is a power source.

The Gigabyte Aorus X9 is sold at $ 1749 for the base model and rises to $ 3799 for the most extreme model. Both models use the Windows 10 Pro operating system.
