Intel's
8th-generation Intel Lake Coffee will be available for sale today,
however, the processing chips are still limited to Intel Core i series,
and some require only common CPUs for basic computer use.
Most recently, it seems Intel would brand their Pentium Kaby Lake CPU to Intel Pentium Gold, and this name change is limited to their MSDT (Mainstream Desktop) CPU, and these models include Intel Pentium G4560, G4620, and G4600.

According
to Intel's notice, this new branding is to make it easier for buyers to
distinguish desktop CPUs as well as the Pentium ULP CPU (Ultra Low
Power). CPU-CPUs such as Intel Pentium G4600 will be named new Intel Pentium Gold G4600.
The new branding will begin on November 2nd, and will come up with a slightly different box design compared to previous.
