According to today's own data, Playerunknown's Battlegrounds shows up to 1.96 million players playing simultaneously. It is far ahead of several other games at Steam, including Dota which only records around 700k players simultaneously.
With this healthy development, we may see that it has millions of players by the end of this year.Through PUBG, about 100 players will be assembled on an island, and players need to be the last to survive by killing other players. The concept of this game is known as Battle Royale, and has also begun to attract some other publishers to follow the same trajectory.
Currently, PUBG is only offered on PC only, and it will be available to the Xbox One soon. Its developer is also said to be in discussions with Sony to offer it on the PlayStation 4.
