Android Oreo is officially shown at the end of August. In the market now there are several devices with Oreo like Sony Xperia XZ1. Other manufacturers are targeting updates in December. Reports
from the Guncelmiyiz site from Turkey cite official sources saying the
Oreo update for Samsung devices will be present in early 2018.
The first device
that will receive Oreo is not known at this time but certainly Galaxy
S8 and Note 8. As always the updates will be given in stages according
to the device's age. With Samsung's Oreo device will eventually support dark theme modes and Picture In Picture.
