Apple sells products that follow the principle of "it just works" the late Steve Jobs. No manual is needed to use it because of an intuitive interface. But the mobile operating system is now increasingly complex with the ability to match desktop computers. To make it easier for customers to use their devices, Apple Support now has their own official YouTube site.
Currently, 10 video tutorials have been uploaded by Apple Support. It includes trivial topics like how to use GIFs in iMessage and frequently-used topics such as how to remove duplicate entries in the Contacts list. With the availability of official channels, users will no longer have to search the entire YouTube to find solutions to questions about Apple devices.
