Wireless charging is introduced on mobile phones with Palm Pre devices. It
then reappears on mobile devices when used on Nokia Lumia 920 and 820
in 2012. It is now a necessary function on the main device until Apple
agrees to include it on the iPhone model this year.
OnePlus 5T to be launched on November 16th has been confirmed to have no wireless charging function. Pete Lau, founder of OnePlus confirmed it in an official user forum. According to him, the fast charging Dash Charge is a better option right now than wireless charging. As the manufacturer of devices using the Never Settle moto, the absence of this premium function is a bit strange.
