Qualcomm Suicides Apple Due to Accused Sharing Company Secrets With Intel

The rumors between Qualcomm and Apple show signs of worsening. Qualcomm has now filed a new suit against Apple for allegedly sharing company secrets with their competitors, Intel.

In the writ of the suit filed, Apple was accused of sharing technology secrets in source code. This source code is closely related to the modem technology owned by Qualcomm. Apple is also accused of refusing to grant Qualcomm permission to audit access to shared software and this violates agreements that have been jointly signed.

This prolonged problem reportedly might force Apple to no longer use modern Qualcomm output next year. They may use a modem chip from Intel or MediaTek. The iPhone 8 and X this year are using modems still released by Qualcomm and Intel.
