OLED screens are used even though manufactured by Samsung but according to the designs provided by Apple. The
average description of the iPhone X screen is 625 nits versus 423 nits
on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The Note 8 screen can reach a maximum
description level of 1240 nits versus 804 nits on the iPhone X.
According to DisplayMate the average description is even more important
for a uniform image display.
