Uber had
previously expressed their wishes several times for the development of
flying vehicles - thus facilitating traffic management and making
traveling from the countryside more efficient.
Now, in an effort to move forward, Uber announced its partnership with NASA. By doing so, they will develop software to manage the journey of "flying taxis" in the air.
Now, in an effort to move forward, Uber announced its partnership with NASA. By doing so, they will develop software to manage the journey of "flying taxis" in the air.
With the
cooperation of NASA, they are expected to be able to better manage air
traffic, thus facilitating a variety of flying cars without problems. The use of flying cars will also reduce travel time by up to 1/3 rather than land use.
Uber is also expected to test the flying cars in Los Angeles as early as 2020, which is capable of carrying four passengers at a time.
