As promised by the Honor last week, Honor View 10 started receiving a unlock system by using face or better known as Face Unlock. The owner of this device will receive this increasingly popular function after updating the OTA software.
With this latest function, the device will be locked directly to the front page without any input from the user after the face is scanned. Also included is a Smart Notification function that only shows notification content on the locked screen when detecting the owner's face.
Smart Rotate is another function given. Screen views will rotate according to user's face orientation. The screen will be installed automatically when lifted just like Rise To Wake on iPhone. With the introduction of this new functionality, View 10 users can enjoy premium functions even if it's a powerful, affordable device.
